\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un pilar?<\/span><\/strong>, un pilar es el \u00e1mbito en el que se crean y desarrollan las habilidades que nos permiten funcionar en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n

El pilar ocupacional<\/em><\/strong> es aquel \u00e1mbito o tarea principal que puede o no estar remunerada econ\u00f3micamente y que requiere del desarrollo de habilidades espec\u00edficas. Se puede ser m\u00e9dico, ama de casa o bombero, la particularidad de este pilar es el porcentaje de uno mismo que consume,\u00a0 por lo general este suele ser el pilar m\u00e1s grande.<\/p>\n

El pilar social\/familiar<\/em><\/strong> se asienta en el sentido de pertenencia, ya sea a una comunidad, a un entorno familiar, un grupo de amigos, compa\u00f1eros de trabajo, vecinos, etc. Aqu\u00ed las fortalezas como miembro del grupo son las que predominan.<\/p>\n

El pilar t\u00fa<\/em><\/strong>, t\u00fa como hombre o mujer, tus necesidades como persona, tus deseos, tus inquietudes, tus esperanzas.<\/p>\n

El pilar capacidades personales<\/em><\/strong>, este abarca todas aquellas destrezas que se poseen, incluidas las que ni siquiera sabes que tienes y que permiten sentirse realizado, sentirse pleno. Andar en bici, escalar una monta\u00f1a, hacer punto.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1ntos pilares te sujetan?, \u00bfcu\u00e1l de ellos es el que mayor peso soporta?, \u00bfqu\u00e9 pasa si este se cae?, \u00bfqu\u00e9 pilar te hace sentir m\u00e1s seguro?, \u00bfcu\u00e1l de ellos te exige m\u00e1s?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Cuantos m\u00e1s pilares te sostengan m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil ser\u00e1 hacerte caer, las p\u00e9rdidas ser\u00e1n menores y la recuperaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida. Por lo general, los pilares principales m\u00e1s comunes suelen ser el ocupacional<\/em><\/strong> y el social\/familiar<\/em><\/strong>, en parte porque nos vienen dados. De algo hay que vivir y a menos que seas un ermita\u00f1o, perteneces a alg\u00fan grupo social, ya sea familiar, vecinal, etc. La familia es la que nos toca y en la mayor parte de las ocasiones se escoge el trabajo que se puede o el que est\u00e1 condicionado a una mayor remuneraci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica. En este punto los pilares ya est\u00e1n creados, \u00bfc\u00f3mo puedes hacer que su fortalecimiento y mantenimiento sean menos exigentes?, alimentando los pilares t\u00fa<\/em> y capacidades personales<\/em><\/strong>. Estos son los que mejor te definen, los que te hacen y por tanto los que deben tener una presencia importante en tu vida. Mantener en buen estado el pilar t\u00fa te permite tomar mejores decisiones, disponer de una mayor confianza en ti mismo te permite tomar mejores decisiones ocupacionales, sociales y familiares, facilitando el fortalecimiento de estos pilares.<\/p>\n
