Leyendo el libro Sapiens<\/strong>, de Y<\/em>uval Noah Harari, me he encontrado con algunos pasajes que me han hecho reflexionar sobre cu\u00e1nto de seres sociales hemos perdido por el camino.<\/p>\n

Por el camino de la historia y por nuestro propio camino personal. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Siempre ha habido culturas m\u00e1s individualistas y culturas m\u00e1s colectivas, \u00bfpero en qu\u00e9 momento hist\u00f3rico cultural estamos ahora? \u00bfpodemos seguir haciendo esta clasificaci\u00f3n de culturas individualistas y colectivas?, \u00bfo el cambio de h\u00e1bitos sociales est\u00e1 pidiendo una tercera clasificaci\u00f3n?. Actualmente viajamos m\u00e1s, pasamos temporadas en otros pa\u00edses y emigramos con mayor frecuencia, lo que lleva a conocer y a implicarse en otras culturas que pueden ser m\u00e1s o menos individualistas o colectivas que la nuestra. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es la tendencia que acaba primando en nosotros?<\/strong>, \u00bfaumentar la implicaci\u00f3n social o responder con un paso atr\u00e1s cuando alguien o un grupo social nos pide colaboraci\u00f3n?.<\/p>\n

En uno de los pasajes de este libro el autor hace referencia a que en la edad media no exist\u00edan las habitaciones individuales, los hijos de los nobles compart\u00edan estancias con el resto de j\u00f3venes y compara este hecho con la disposici\u00f3n actual a habitar casas con la cantidad de habitaciones suficientes como para que cada miembro de la familia pueda disfrutar de su intimidad.<\/p>\n

\u00bfTe imaginas convivir con tu familia o amigos en una casa sin habitaciones individuales?.
Pues yo he intentado imagin\u00e1rmelo y no he sido capaz de verlo claro. Soy una persona extrovertida, me gusta pasar tiempo con gente, preferiblemente con gente que me gusta, por mi profesi\u00f3n paso mucho tiempo en contacto con otros y me encanta, pero cuando tengo la oportunidad busco mi soledad, que tambi\u00e9n disfruto de ella, ese tiempo a solas me da la oportunidad de recargarme.
\u00bfNecesito realmente aislarme para recuperar energ\u00edas?, \u00bfesta necesidad est\u00e1 ligada a mi personalidad o mis experiencias vitales, mi cultura o el entorno en el que me he desarrollado me han \u201checho\u201d as\u00ed?.
Sigo reflexionando sobre s\u00ed esa necesidad m\u00eda de tener que reponer energ\u00edas en soledad es propia de una cultura individualista o consecuencia de la cultura colectiva en la que habito, o tal vez es una cultura individualista disfrazada de colectiva. Lo que si tengo claro es que somos seres sociales, con necesidades sociales<\/strong>, solo podemos llegar a un desarrollo pleno de nuestras capacidades con la presencia de los otros, nos complementan.
La falta de afecto, la falta de compromiso y la sensaci\u00f3n de sentirte solo ante la adversidad provocan muchas enfermedades que achacamos a otras cuestiones m\u00e1s aceptadas socialmente. No solo la baja autoestima, los miedos al fracaso o la dificultad a la hora de tomar decisiones son consecuencia de una escasa o mal entendida vida social sino que los desordenes alimenticios, la depresi\u00f3n, el estr\u00e9s y los trastornos digestivos tambi\u00e9n vienen marcados por la necesidad de un contacto de calidad con los que nos rodean.<\/p>\n
