A lo largo de los a\u00f1os<\/span><\/strong> me he encontrado con distintas personas que desde muy j\u00f3venes ten\u00edan claro a qu\u00e9 quer\u00edan dedicarse, sent\u00edan <\/span>una vocaci\u00f3n en particular e hicieron de ella su profesi\u00f3n y\/o su vida. Es asombroso mantener esa pasi\u00f3n y dedicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> por algo durante toda una existencia. Contra viento y marea ah\u00ed se han mantenido, estoy segura de que han tenido momentos en los que hubieran roto con todo y momentos en los que han sentido que todo el sacrificio invertido ha merecido la pena, porque su vocaci\u00f3n<\/strong> es una carrera de fondo y ah\u00ed es donde yo les admiro, en su perseverancia<\/strong> y dedicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u00bfPero qu\u00e9 pasa con aquellos que nunca se han sentido identificados con nada en concreto?<\/strong><\/span>, que les gusta esto y aquello o que la corriente del momento, la familia o el entorno les han arrastrado a especializarse en algo que por si mismos no se hubieran planteado y que tal vez incluso les ha ido bien a\u00fan no defini\u00e9ndoles. \u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa con ellos?, \u00bfest\u00e1n destinados a conformarse con lo que venga por no tener una pasi\u00f3n a explotar?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u00bfCon qu\u00e9 perfil te identificas m\u00e1s?, hay m\u00e1s matices por supuesto, pero en t\u00e9rminos absolutistas, \u00bft\u00fa actividad principal es m\u00e1s vocacional o circunstancial?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>\u00bfSientes la necesidad de querer cambiarlo?, \u00bfsabr\u00edas identificar qu\u00e9 es lo que te impide hacer el cambio? \u00bfEl miedo?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Esta es una disyuntiva con la que me encuentro con frecuencia en la consulta, clientes que sienten, que desean hacer un cambio en su actividad principal pero no saben c\u00f3mo, incluso a veces no saben qu\u00e9 es lo que quieren cambiar ni por qu\u00e9 o para qu\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

No nos han ense\u00f1ado a creer en nosotros mismos<\/strong><\/span>, a creer en nuestras capacidades, tenemos dificultades para confiar en nuestros instintos y en nuestras aptitudes. Somos seres vers\u00e1tiles<\/strong>, hasta el infinito y nos infrautilizamos, nos limitamos a hacer las mismas cosas d\u00eda tras d\u00eda, una y otra vez hasta que nos acartonamos y perdemos la confianza en nosotros mismos.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Necesitamos expresar todo lo que somos y en todos los \u00e1mbitos posibles, si te tomas un minuto para so\u00f1ar<\/strong><\/span>, \u00bfqu\u00e9 cualidades personales te gustar\u00eda poder explotar cada d\u00eda?, \u00bfte imaginas teniendo dos o m\u00e1s actividades principales en un solo d\u00eda?<\/strong>, me refiero a dos actividades principales elegidas libremente y con el objetivo de satisfacer tus necesidades personales, no solo econ\u00f3micas. Por ejemplo, por las ma\u00f1anas en la oficina y en las tardes dando clases de piano a ni\u00f1os, \u00bfno crees que esto ayudar\u00eda a que tus niveles de satisfacci\u00f3n<\/strong> mejorasen?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Los niveles de ansiedad y estr\u00e9s en los que nos movemos<\/strong><\/span> y que asumimos como normales repercuten seriamente en nuestra salud f\u00edsica y mental, y el dato m\u00e1s sorprendente es que lo hacen de forma sigilosa<\/strong>, es decir, que cuando te quieres dar cuenta de que tienes un problema con los valores y la gesti\u00f3n de tu ansiedad y estr\u00e9s ya puede ser tarde. Dolores musculares, malestares gastrointestinales, infartos, alergias, divorcios, fobias, conductas desmedidas, estas son algunas de las consecuencias de normalizar la ansiedad y el estr\u00e9s. El estr\u00e9s es una respuesta<\/strong><\/span> que se desencadena ante situaciones de peligro, su funci\u00f3n es la de potenciar recursos que contribuyan a nuestra supervivencia<\/strong><\/span>. Pero esa reacci\u00f3n al estr\u00e9s prolongada en el tiempo se convierte en da\u00f1ina para nuestra salud.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Hoy te invito a que reflexiones sobre cu\u00e1ntos aspectos de ti, sobre cu\u00e1ntas cualidades y aptitudes permanecen dormidas a la espera de que quieras darles una oportunidad.<\/p>\n

La vida, el d\u00eda a d\u00eda est\u00e1 lleno de posibilidades, tantas como nueces quieras cascar.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
