No hay dos cerebros ni dos mentes con las mismas necesidades. De igual manera que hay personas con intolerancias alimenticias a los l\u00e1cteos, a los frutos secos o a las frutas y si las consumen en alguna medida se sienten indispuestos, tambi\u00e9n hay personas que se sentir\u00e1n indispuestas si se exponen a ambientes excesivamente competitivos, si mantienen relaciones habituales con personas manipuladoras o si dejan que la corriente del d\u00eda a d\u00eda les arrastre. Pero rara vez achacar\u00e1n ese malestar al entorno en el que se mueven ni al estilo de vida que est\u00e1n llevando, le dar\u00e1n una connotaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s trivial como que su jefe es un cerdo o que si el metro sigue oliendo a porquer\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfY cu\u00e1les son estos nutrientes y en que medida hay que consumirlos?<\/strong>, pues no tengo la formula exacta pero al igual que en la dieta alimenticia hay unos grupos de alimentos que son recomendables consumir a diario, en la dieta mental tambi\u00e9n los hay. Por ejemplo, cualquiera sabe que consumir frutas y verduras es m\u00e1s que aconsejable, en el \u00e1mbito mental podr\u00edamos equiparar esto a <strong><em>tu desarrollo personal<\/em><\/strong> y a <strong><em>tus relaciones sociales<\/em><\/strong>. Si la pera no es una de tus frutas favoritas, no la comas, hay muchas m\u00e1s y si mejorar tu nivel de ingl\u00e9s te tortura, pues aprende a coser. Si el pepino te da gases, ev\u00edtalo y si salir de ca\u00f1as con pepe te aburre, pues ya sabes.<\/p>\n<p>Consumir ultraprocesados o <em>fast food<\/em> podr\u00edamos equipararlo al consumo de redes sociales, en ocasiones puntuales y justificadas. No pueden ser el medio principal en nuestro desarrollo como seres sociales, es una forma distinta de contacto social pero su abuso sesga y da\u00f1a la evoluci\u00f3n de nuestro papel en la sociedad, del sentido de identidad y de pertenencia al grupo.<br \/>Es decir, <strong>t\u00fa haces tu men\u00fa mental diario<\/strong>, tu tomas esas decisiones, nadie tiene que decirte qu\u00e9 te sienta bien y que no, tu eres suficientemente capaz de saber que te gusta, que te indispone y que no quieres consumir. S\u00e9 cr\u00edtico con lo que lees o escuchas por ah\u00ed y conf\u00eda en las se\u00f1ales que tu cuerpo y mente te muestran. Esta actitud repercutir\u00e1 de forma positiva en tu autoestima y en el funcionamiento de tu mente.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row custom_padding_last_edited=&#8221;on|phone&#8221;
